At a recent Board meeting, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect Susan Berry-Gorelli, fellow Board Member, as Baldwin’s new CEO, succeeding Peter H. Havens as of 1 January, 2023.
Susan is a Founding Member of Baldwin Management, the Director of Research and a portfolio manager.
Outside of Baldwin, Susan serves as Vice President on the Board of the Colonial Theatre of Phoenixville and on the finance committees of the French and Pickering Conservation Trust and the Whitemarsh Boat Club.
Peter Havens will continue as Chairman of Baldwin Management LLC , managing investment portfolios and researching public and private companies.
